Comprehensive Eye Health Exams
Evaluation of visual acuity includes glaucoma screening.

Contact Lens Evaluations
Includes the evaluation of cornea for contact lens wear,  
trial lenses, 3 months of follow-up care, solution starter kit, and insertion and removal course.

Medical Visits
Annual diabetic exams, pre & post-op Lasik exams, pre & post-op cataract exam, foreign body removal & emergency visits.
